Customers and Visitors to the Site

We may collect your personal data in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit our site, register for any of our services, subscribe to our Subscription service, complete a form, or in connection with our online wine tasting and education.

In certain circumstances and depending on the services you would like to use, we may ask customers and visitors to provide us with their full name, DOB, email, address, phone number and billing information. 

Payment and Delivery Information

If you place an order, we will collect information relating to the transaction. This may include your credit card information (This information is not stored and is passed on to our Payment Service Provider for authorisation purposes only), billing and mailing address, and other payment-related information. If you are sending your purchase as a gift, we will also collect your recipient's name, surname, address, phone number, and email to fulfil your request.

We retain data relating to transactions indefinitely. However, we will delete any personal information relating to such transactions after 6 years.
