Terms and Conditions
- All orders must be placed via the website.
- Availability: Wine is an agricultural product and runs out from time to time. We will not substitute any wines without your agreement. We’ll send you an email letting you know if there is a different vintage or something similar that we think you’d like. If not, we’ll refund you immediately.
- Customer Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with us in any way, please contact us immediately at info@outpour.co.uk or call/WhatsApp us on 07475580011. Any and all suggestions are always very welcome!
- Intellectual Property Rights: All copyright, designs, registered and unregistered trade marks including text, graphics, logo, banner, images, buttons, source code and software are owned by Outpour. Any use (including copying, duplication, transmission or display without our written permission) is strictly prohibited.
- Age Restriction and Verification:
- We will not sell wine to anyone who isn’t 18 years old or over. When you register your details you will be required to enter a DOB to confirm you are at least 18.
- If you are buying a case or bottle as a gift, the recipient must also be over 18.
- Our couriers cannot deliver the wine to anyone in the house who is under 18, only an adult can take delivery.
- There is no ‘safe space’ delivery option
- At the point of delivery our couriers will require ID in accordance with the Challenge 25 age verification scheme.
- All purchases are age verified by AgeChecked Ltd.
