AOC Côtes de Provence
Everything good you’d expect from a Southern French Rosé: light, crisp and dry.
Why we picked it
We fell for this one as soon as we saw the name that we couldn’t pronounce and the kick ass gold and turquoise label. It gave us ‘with Poirot on a train in France’ feelings. Tastes as gorgeous as it looks.
How to serve it
Well chilled. This has some nice fruit hints so it can go with all the usual lighter foods, as well as your chinese takeaway. Go with lighter pork, fish and chicken dishes.
Dinner party facts
Most people only drink rosé like a cocktail or an aperitif, usually on its own. They’re missing out. Rosé is a brilliant pairing for lots of different foods and cuisines, so put it on the table for the whole meal.
